I had a great stay in a modern and stylish room with all the amenities available, such as soaps.

I liked this hotel. It was central, I could walk and ride my bike everywhere and the hotel stored my bike for me. Nothing was too much trouble for reception, who spoke excellent English. The room was large for a single room, clean and comfortable. The lounge area with drinks is a nice way to unwind and relax quietly without having to go to your room.

The hotel room was a good size and location was great.

No A/C however still very good value for money.

This place is a great spot to explore, with friendly staff at all times and conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and amenities.

The location was great and perfect for walking around Mirabell Palace. It was also near to the beautiful Mirabell Gardens, bars and restaurants, and coffee all day. - the room was spotless, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel was very clean & comfortable, the staff very polite & helpful. The location was excellent, very close to all the attractions you would want to visit.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the Austrotel was excellent and we were able to walk to all places we wanted to visit. It was good value for money. Next time we stay it will be for longer, as there is plenty to see and do in Salzburg and surrounding areas.

It's right opposite the Mozarteum Music school.This is perfect location for me with the best value of price.There are free drinks at the lobby with many kinds of juice,soda water,coffee and tea.It's quite quiet and comfort in the room.Wifi code is changing everyday just make sure get it from the front desk.Surround area has a big garden,river,cross the river has shops and resturants.

I really liked the very nice historic and well-maintained hotel. the staff were patient and helpful throughout. the restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, the dishes we ordered were delicious. the location is unbeatable, close to shopping areas and the Christmas market.

The Lobby served Hot & Cold Drinks free of charge for the guests.

There was no AC in the room (for some sunny days), and Parking as mentioned was not available. The rooms were a bit small compared to other Hotels near by.
